70079 CIGARETTE SITE

I want a custom cigarette site with banner advertising. (banners must be able to be uploaded via the admin using a browse button). Admin should also have a who's online feature as well as a newsletter manager to be able to email one or all of the registered members. The site needs to be paypal integrated and have a shopping cart as well for customers to add or delete items and quanties of items in their cart prior to checkout. Also if possible after placing payment via paypal I want them to automatically return to the site and automatically receive a confirmation of order via email. Admin shiould also allow me the ability to change delete add products as well as pricing. Almost all of the cartons of cigarettes I will be selling can be ordered as few aas 1 at a time but I do have a few that must be ordered in multiples of 5.....I also will allow the choice of free shipping or priority shipping for an additional 2.95 per carton...most of these items will be explained on a site I will give to bidding programmers incl q and a..disclaimer etc.... Site needs to be original, clean and download quickly....I am open to all ideas to make this a very professional site. It would help if you reviewed a few similar sites on the net in addition to the sites I will give you to review. preference given to those with experience in these type of sites or those with knowledge in this area. I will provide pics of cigs as well as some graphics I want on the site but you should be comfortable and have ideas of your own as well.
