Vtiger CRM Management Modifications

I am presently using Vtiger CRM OS software in my office to maintain clients. I'm in the construction building trades and would like to add a few items such as "Work Orders" Projects" and a few other changes. I'd also like to add more modules and to improve the functions which I'm very familiar with. I suspect this is not a large project although I'd like to have someone to maintain the software and trouble shoot any future problems which may arise. Please do not bid if your English is not good. I do not have time to work with someone who is not fluent. Note: after this project is completed, I have 2 other projects to follow. I look forward to working with someone asap.
