100% Unique / Responsive / Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Needed

Ok, this is a big task that is needed, and if you aren't an expert in the field of WordPress template design, please do not bid. This could potentially result in a long term working relationship if things go well initially.
I want a theme design that will essentially be the last theme my customers will ever need. I want it to include everything they could possibly have to have in a theme that is easy to customize to suit their own needs.
This theme MUST be 100% unique, and built from scratch.

I want to focus on the following key elements:
1) MUST include a powerful Admin panel that allows for quick and easy customization of CSS (colors, layout, etc.). Users should be able to change the entire look and feel of their website in a matter of seconds.
2) It has to be ultra fast. Not bloated and loaded down with a bunch of useless code. I want this theme to help give our users the best speed ratings possible.
3) Needs to be built with a focus on SEO. This means it needs to have the proper SEO elements actually built into the the code hierarchy. This would be done by placing the main content block before the sidebar regardless of the sidebar position, so it is crawled first by search engines.
4) Must be Responsive, with an option of disabling Responsive feature
5) Must be Retina-ready
6) Should integrate well with WooCommerce
7) Must be multilingual ready, and work with WPML
8) Should utilize Parrallax sliders
9) Include shortcodes so that users can easily implement theme features into pages and posts.
10) Should have multiple pre-built styles for users to choose from to give them a quick start. For example, Magazine style, Portfolio style, Blog style, Shop style, etc.
11) Should be BBPress compatible, with full theme integration
12) Should use vector font icons where possible
