PSD to WordPress - Only Individual freelancer please READ FULL description and APPLY

Hello, I have a very simple but rush WordPress project, designs are attached here. But before apply please read my terms & conditions: 1) Payment will be escrowed at the beginning but will be released once my client approve 100%, it may take 1 week to 1 month or so depending on client communication. 2) You can’t use this work as your portfolio work. 3) Budget is: $90 and Time: 3 days 4) Must work with attached my WordPress default theme. If you are agreed on these than you are welcome to apply. I have plenty of work. The design & font must be pixel perfect with PSD & both menus should operate with wp_nav_manu function. There is a simple blog section with blog posts & a simple sidebar with recent posts, archives & categories etc. I don’t have exact layout for blog page, but attached is a sample how it should look like, it is same layout with others. The important thing is there is must be a theme option page created with the following options: 1) Please allow the client to add/ delete logo image. 2) Please allow the client to add/ edit address text on header. 3) Please allow the client to add/ edit phone & cell number. 4) Please allow the client to add/ delete a new main image & a forwarding url field 5) Please allow the client to add/edit the title, description text with main image. 6) Please allow the client to add/delete 4 small images under main image with 4 forwarding url field. 7) Please allow the client to add/ edit Welcome title, text & read more link. 8) Please allow the client to add/ edit 2 testimonials & read more link. 9) Please allow the client to add/ edit Services text list and forwarding read more URL The theme option page should not be created with any plugin. All the menus, content, images need to set as in PSD, no dummy text, image or dummy menu. The site should be ready in a way so that I just upload the whole wordpress site & import the database to client server & it should work with all content & images. Internal page is very simple like attached. In contact page - there will be a contact form 7 installed & work perfectly. Finally the site should be installed on my test server. Once approved, the site need to move to live server. Please write " I'm an expert and agreed on your condition " at the top of your proposal. Quick communication is very important. No communication over Skype or other chatting system until I ask. Please apply if this is suitable for you.
