HTML stand alone modification and additional pages- Responsive Theme Skills Needed

This a HTML Project that uses browsers , NO APPS for SMARTPHONES TO BE USED First make sure that the responsive screens work properly. Most important they must properly display on iPhone and Android devices. Second expand schedule to all 4 schedules per day if needed. Schedule will show if asked for by used. Third add three other screens that you will only add input fields. All graphics are already supplied. To make sure the settings and display screens actually work the fields will write to mysql database that will be supplied with all field names provided.
