HTML & CSS Editing required to fix website

Hi Freelancers, I need a reliable coder who is prepared to understand exactly what is required of this project, suggest what they will do to complete this project & follow through. I had a freelancer recode the look and functionality of my homepage ([login to view URL]) … but unfortunately, his css/html code is basically unusable on the rest of my old html pages … so rather than recode the 80 pages, I need you to ADJUST the css/html on the old site's header, footer, left and right main sections so my homepage looks & works like the new one, but I can reuse the code with my other 80 pages. Basically, I need you to recode the divs & html on my old site so it looks/works like my new homepage. Side notes: 1) The new homepage has a nested looping slider which needs to be tested by me as working before the project will be deemed as 'completed'.
