We require the amendments and further development of a basic case management system (see attached) together with web design. Experience of similar previous projects similar would be beneficial. A basic spec is attached. Please read the spec carefully before considering your bid as we will not enter in further discussion until after a bid has been accepted. We execute approximately 20 different projects per month. You are welcome to tender for the attached bid – HOWEVER we require a quotation that MUST include a contractual completion date. Without details of a firm price and firm finished date, we will not entertain any proposal from your company. You must also forward links to other examples of your portfolio including web design and coding. The deadline to be considered for either project is THIS Thursday 28th November 2013 at 5pm.
