Customise Hostpay for Web Hosting website

Hi, I'm looking for a freelancer to bespoke a HostPay install for my new Web Hosting website; I've been let down several times by different designers and now want to try the freelance market. From what I can see there are about 10 static files *.rhtml format, the host pay system is a fully functional ecommerce site with built-in templates, I have drafted out how I want the site to look and can email the scanned images. All I need is a designer to create the design / codeing and I can fill out most of the content myself. I'm a UK based company and would be happy to work with a freelancer based anywhere in the world and if you make a good job of this project I have several more in the pipeline....
