Create chrome extension that auto fetch coupons on aliexpress

Need freelancer that can create chrome extension that will do as follow: 1. When page that can have coupon open in tab it will check if coupon exist and grab if it already exist if not will check it every 30 sec for the coupon to appear. if the coupon appear , will grab it based on maximum qty allowed. and make notification sound 2. Will push affiliation link while activated. 3.
