Website Development using Drupal or Joomla CMS

We are looking for an experienced web designer to build a corporate website that is integrated with Drupal Open Source CMS. The website must be designed to be easy to maintain and update. Pages : 11 x Main Section templates with approximately 10 additional sub pages for Solutions and 3-4 additional sub pages for Resources. Ability to self add sub-sub pages using the CMS. Technology Involvement : Drupal CMS with Blog module, HTML5, CSS and others as necessary. Ability to edit data as follows : - Meta tag keywords, description headers, headers, sub headers, mouseover text, content text, pictures, upload and download files (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF etc), change Flash Image slider pictures and description, blog postings Others : * Includes 6 x web banner design for image slider on Home page * Website search functionality * Website needs to be available on a cross-browser & cross-platform basis from Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and to be available on iPhone iOS/WindowsPhone/Android and iPad/other tablets. CSS files will need to be created to cater for the different sizes of screen. To allow for landscape view for mobile browsers only. * Include the use of CSS style sheets across entire site (please advise whether this is compatible for use together with Drupal CMS or whether Drupal has the same functions of changing content style across the entire site as well) * All content areas of the web pages will be templates where we may fill them out and submit to change and upload new content inclusive of meta tag keywords and description box text. * There should be a character limiter and character count for text inputs in the admin console as well (please advise on purpose of this function) * There should be 11 different layout templates developed for each of the main sections of the website, and approx 15 more layouts for sub pages. * There should be a brief technical documentation listing how to use the website and CMS functions for adding or editing of content and layout. Total payment value for this project at USD $200. Upfront USD$30 milestone to start, remaining USD$ 170 milestone to be released 3 working days upon final website development handover.
