Production Video Review Site

1. Create a website for users to login and preview TV shows currently in production. 2. Site MUST BE TOTALLY SECURE!!! User login logging mandatory! Cookies, timers, #of logins within time frame, IP address, etc... 3. All video files must be encoded in a secure medium that prevents downloading, saving, copying, editing and streamed. Users must not be able to download, share, edit, alter video clip. Users reviewing video need two options a) view in default window or b) view full screen. 4. Site must be able to support security structure for multiple users and shows. Further details will be discussed with coders... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Also producers need to be able to view video online and view comments posted by users. 6. The producer can now enter a friendly name, a description and browse for the file. The producer then selects who can see THIS video. Admin assigns users to show(s) but the producer chooses from the users with access to the show who can see the specific video. Also by checking the email box once the video is uploaded and converted to flash and is available to users they should be auto emailed from site with a link to the site and information about the show and tell them that the video is now ready for viewing. Producer uploading should always be notified when an individual upload completes. a. After producer starts an upload it should queue in a background java window. However if you have a creative way for us to bundle an old show, download and burn it to DVD that would be great.
