I have good experience with drupal views module to do the list of subscribers plan and Splashify module will help to show popup once for every unique visitor. If the flash ad/movie is given, i can integrate into drupal website.

Hi sir, Your tasks are very simple and could be done in less than 2 days. For the #1; If you are using Newsletter module it could be a built-in feature, otherwise, we can do a database query to pull data then show in a Drupal table. All is native Drupal. For the #2; Drupal has an existing module to make it so it should be very fast to install and configure. For the #3; This one would take most time as it requires some Javascript / JQuery skill to make the banner to slide up and down when scrolling browser window. Many thanks and best regards, Tuan
