Actionscript 3.0 Programmer Flash/Flex

I am looking for a few good actionscript 3.0 developers to help me during the month of March. If you have PHP and MySQL experience that is a bonus as well as any game development experience. I will be developing 2 games. I will be working alongside you and I am a developer myself so I know what to expect. The project needs to be completed on time. The goal is the end of March but i am aiming for mid March. I am looking for your hourly wages as i will be paying by the hour however in saying that I do expect a high quality of work. As i stated I am a developer and when I give a task that I know should take no longer than 30 minutes that means I expect it in 25. I have no problems letting go of someone at any time because they are not meeting expectations. I also have no problems with giving a bonus at the end of the project if everything is early and everyone works fast and hard. Please let me know how much you charge per hour. What past experience you have in actionscript 3.0 or PHP development. And please do not bid if you are not a serious bidder. If you only have 2-3 hours a day then thats fine just let me know ahead of time so I can select the right amount of programmers for the job. Please place the word Flash Expert at the beginning of your bid so I know you have read this. The job will consist of writing specific functions and classes which will be given on a per function basis. Therefor once you finish one you will be asked to write the next. I can not stress enough the importance of time, I am not tolerable of someone attempting to take 4 hours to complete something that should take 1 hour. I will quickly let go of anyone holding the team back. For those who I find to be genuinely good workers I will hire for future projects. My projects usually consist of 2-5 people that I work alongside meaning as they are programming I am programming and I expect quick results always.
