Websites re-written

We have a downloadable application. It is built in vb.net and C#, but inside we have a lot of webcontent (html) embedded. This webcontent is right now too "heavy" and loads too slow, and we want everything re-done. We want to keep the current features, but with a new design for everything, code should be web 2.0, well documented, be written with SEO in mind, cross-browser friendly and use SMARTY templates engine. Styles should be seperated into CSS and code should be valid HTML 4.0 Yes, we will provide the entire source code for the bid winner, but I am 90% certain that it would be easier to start over. The tabs that are webcontent: - **Home**; the landing page when you open the application - **Multimedia**; on-demand archive with poker videos - **Community**; this is the most heavy page where we have upload pic/video features, write blog, create videoblog, rating system, shoutouts, users profile etc etc. - **Links**; simple link directory - **Forum**; we need a new basic, but nice forum We imagine the bidders to be a top 5-10% RAC rated medium/big company with lots of previous similar work on their resymè. We would prefer bidders from eastern Europe because of our own timezone. *The job must be started ASAP, and we would like it to be finished ASAP also. We are launched and have 7000 users so far.* We also have a constant need for banners and other small/medium designer work, but we can not tell the full scope of this right now. In addition we will be doing changes to current websites, so this job is the start of a long term partnership. _NOTE! We will not consider any "will be done in 1 week for $100" bids!_ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
