I have two ecommerce websites: [url removed, login to view] and http://www.diypoolstore.com. There are several issues with each site and I am unhappy with my current set up.

I have recently found hosting through a friend and it is a great deal but I have no support. I am working to move the sites over and at the same time begin using the SunShop cart. I have tried my hand at Zen Cart and did the install to the server fine but am overwhelmed by the template system and style sheets. I have been working with Zen for a good two weeks now and I need to focus my energy on getting clients and moving products. SunShop looks like it will be a good fit for my needs.

For [url removed, login to view], a designer created this site and I have been maintaining it myself using Front Page. I have recently discovered numerous problems with the meta tags and also a major problem with the shopping cart. With this site I love my design but would need help switching it over to be handled within the shopping cart (eliminating Front Page). I have a ghost site address that I can use for initial set up and I will transfer all of my products myself. I use PayPal’s website payments pro for processing credit cards and I ship via USPS.

For [url removed, login to view], the designer has since vanished and we have no files. With this site, I would like to see something much more streamlined and am not worried about transferring the look and feel. I would be happy to use a template and insert our logo/graphic. I will also be changing the name/domain to OrlandoPoolStore.com. This will be ideal for initial set up and I will transfer all of the products myself. I do not need to process payments online and will be using a virtual terminal to manually process payments. Shipping is not a factor since this business deals with delivery [url removed, login to view] you!

## Deliverables

Both websites fully-functional and up for use both on the consumer side and the admin side. Wee Willie Winks site to be integrated with existing site look and feel, set up to accept credit card payments through PayPal website payments pro and also ship in real time with USPS. Orlando Pool Store site set up to process orders offline.

Both sites set up with the following cart features: search engine friendly generating static HTML pages, all email notification features functioning, all customer service features functioning, Froogle and QuickBooks features functioning. Also, I will need written instructions on how to back up my database myself.
