I am currently building a website for a print broker and need to add a comprehensive admin section where Users can request quotes, place orders, upload files, track job status and receive notifications and invoices. On the flip side, there will be separate accounts for Printers to respond to quote requests, manage jobs, download files and send invoices. In the middle will be the Admin, acting as the filter for all communication. The Users and Printers will never see or talk to each other - everything is managed through the Admin. A very detailed spec of requested features is attached. Please read over it carefully before bidding. There are also some features at the end that have been requested, but I am not sure of their feasibility. Please give me some thoughts and feedback on these added features if you think any of them can be accomplished without exceeding the budget too far. Regardless, please be detailed in your quote. I am open to suggestions on implementation and streamlining the spec. There is no design involved, and I would prefer to receive the pages with as little formatting as possible *unless* you can provide very clean CSS based code that can easily be reformatted.
