Hi, I already have a database that I created using Access 2000. The database handles our Orders. We sell plants to other growers/nurseries. What we do with the database is enter orders, print order confirmations and different type of reports. But we need to add some additional features: I want to be able to FAX or EMAIL order confirmations based on each Broker's preferences. To do this, a new database needs to be created to link each order with a fax number or email address based on the sales rep that sold that order. Example: I get an order from Broker A, this order was taken by Sales Rep B, and is handled by Customer Service Rep C. Broker A wants me to fax the order confirmation to Customer Service Rep C and email a copy to Sales Rep B. I want to do this with just clicking one button (if possible) :) Also it could happen that Broker A, only wants me to fax a copy of the order to Customer Service Rep C and nothing to Sales Rep B. Or it can also be that Broker A, only wants me to email the confirmation to Sales Rep B and Customer Service Rep C... and no faxes. I would like the email to be a PDF file or TEXT File. Whatever is easier. The subject needs to be inserted automatically (Example: Confirmation for you order 54646). Right now I'm printing each confirmation and faxing it manually, but is very time consuming. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks! -daniel
