Web specifications 1. The website I want is a clone of [url removed, login to view], so please have a look a look at the website, subscribe, etc. so you will understand what I want. 2. Because I want to use it in Spain I need to update all the text by myself, so I want and automatized website where I can easily edit all the text without changing the design 3. The design should be different from [url removed, login to view], but with the same links, purpose. 4. As you can see in the web when you subscribe, the people will access to the web only to subscribe. They have to fulfill a detailed questionnaire. This questionnaire is key for us in two ways A database will be build with the information of the questionnaire We need to be able to change questions and defined answers in the questionnaire in an automatized way 5. The purpose of our business is to intermediate between promotional companies that make events and our subscribers. We will be sending emails with specific events to the different people that we select from our database. This process need to me automatizad as well. And the way to look into the database must be easy to use and easily exportable to excel 6. Managing mails. The website will email periodically to the subscribers events. The emails are going to be different depending in the profile of the subscriber. We will define groups of people and we will link events (or designed emails to send) to the groups. This will require Standarize emails. We need to have at least 3 different model of Standard email. The promotional companies will provide us with the content and photo and we need to build this email in a defined template. When defined just need to be added to a group with subscribers and then it will be sent. This email can be created by us or by the company that is hiring our services, so we might need to provide them with a temporal code to complete the template. Taylor made email. We also need the possibility to develop our own email An email to the event promoters to access to our website, section promotores and fulfill some questions about how was the event. (e.g. how many people assist?) Subscriptors selection. The selection of subscriptors from the database must be really easy to do. We are going to need to select different variables from the database in order to filter all the subscriptors and then select them in order to group them or to link them with a “email with an event??. We are also going to need the possibility of selecting subs. One by one  To select subs. From the database we are going to need to select different variables. This process must be very much automatized. Once the “standard email with the event?? is done, and the subs. selected, the program will send an email to all the subs.  It is very important that the emails reach their email addresses and they do not get stuck in spamming filters. 7. Handling the database. The database must have the following variables and also the possibility of adding new or deleting existent without the need of programming again Subscriptor information. The database must include multiple variables :  All the questionnaire variables  Number of email that we have send to them, monthly average and number in the last month  Signing day  Information about the events that he has received and assisted Events information. The database will have a clients/events section. For each event we need for example  Client name and code  Event code, and description of the event  Number of emails sent for that particular event  Email designed that have been sent  Gross Price per email, discounts, net price, payment conditions  Number of subs. that went to the event  Information from a questionnaire that will be sent to the event promoter (the company that is paying for our services) Questionnaire. The questionnaire that gets the input for the database need to have flexibility to be change/increased as well as the options for each questions.(E.g. What is your age? 1) 15-25 2) 26-50 3) 50+, we need to be able to add and additional layer or ages or change the numbers or change the question) . New questions should also generate new variables in the database automatically Database. As I said befote, the database needs to be easy to use and flexible to select different variable to get a group of subscribers, and then to analyse the selected group in referente of other variables

I just want to make clear a couple of things.
1) One of the key things of the project is the database and how to extract information from it. I am looking for a easy to use program that allow me to go into the database and ask for example which subs have said yes to "I like wine tastings" yes to " I have a lot of money" and yes to "I am living in Madrid", and the select those subs. After that I might want to see from this group their characteristics (how many men, how many are over 30 years old, etc...). The last thing is that I need to be able to select them and then to say send email to all of them, some of them, none of them and then a standard email will be sent. As you can see all theses variables are inputs from the questionnaire, and I need the flexibility to change the search in the database because maybe I need to organize a trip to France, and then I need to ask the database, who said yes to trips, who said yes to Europe, etc...
2) The emails to send are going to be a lot. Let say over 500 so I need something to support this
