**Community Portal Project ??" Cost overview**
**Goal:** Build a trendy easy-to-use state-of-the-arts and search engine friendly portal
**Starting Date:** Immediately
**- It should be possible for non-technical administrative staff to manage the website, A WYSIWYG Rich Text Editor type that allows text, images, flash, videos and the possibility to paste html code, Unlimited drop down menu levels, Ability to support two to three languages at the same time, An Admin area from where the website will be managed, Image scrolling area, Flash area, Banner area, Code area (This should serve as a multi purpose area where videos, photos, flash, ipix, site pal and other images can be added through the back end for display in the front end), Sign up page (This should be a simple editable page)
**- About Us (Editable Page), Our Staff (Name, Dept., Position & Bio of Staff allowing unlimited number of staff), News (Simple news script to include category, heading, Date and details), Services (This is to have category and then services), Partnership, Intranet (Possibility to include pages and links in restricted area with login for users and admin), FAQ (Categories, Questions and Answers with search possibilities), Contact Us
**Special Requirement:** Companies should be able to have a***Presentation Page*** within the portal. This page will be like a website within a website. Each company’s page should have a friendly URL in the form of [[url removed, login to view]] or [[url removed, login to view]]. The following features are desired:
Company logo, Company main photo, Additional photo, Slide show, Video presentation, About Us, Contact information, with driving direction and location map, Location information, Link to website, Tell a Friend, Add to favorite, Possibility to create page
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
.Net, ASP, PHP will do. It is going to be hosted on Windows platform.
