We are in the process of moving our store from an old osCommerce install to a new CRE Loaded install.
One of the things that needed to be done is updating the Print labels from the old system to the new fedex api that goes into affect next month.
The guy I have doing the move does not seem to be able to get the fedex module finished correctly.
It is working for one box per order but some of our items go in more than one box and sometimes customers order more than one item so this is a problem.
All the box information with weights and box size are included in the product information already. The current non working module is pulling the information correctly from the database but is not sending the information to fedex properly, or at least not retrieving the label information back from fedex not sure where it is breaking down.
I need someone who can do the following.
1. fix the module so it will pull the already supplied box information and print all the needed labels.
2. make sure all the tracking numbers get sent back to the order when the status is updated.
3. Make sure that all the tracking numbers are included in the email that is sent to the customer when the status is updated.
All we need is the Print Labels updated. We ship everything for free so no shipping prices need to be sent to the customers when they order. We just need to be able to print the labels so we have them to put on the boxes for shipping.
We already have all the fedex testing acount info setup.
