Complete excel spreadsheet using inside data

I have attached an excel file to this request. My request is simple. The first column tells you the book and the second column tells you the chapter and the verse. I want scripture of the appropriate book, chapter and versus copied into column D entitled "Scripture." I filled in rows 2, 6, 7 and 8 for example. You are not supposed to put anything into the keyword column. I would like this completed for rows 1-404 and the program should work if I enter in new locations of scripture after row 404 until the max rows in excel. I suggest using a site like [url removed, login to view] by inputing the book, chapter, and versus into the search engine. This will give you the scripture quickly and easily. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The the program automatically finds the information and puts it into the file after running a being run. This means that if I continue to input bible verses into the excel file (past row 405, until the max row in excel) it can update itself accordingly.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
