23807 Website clone/hybrid

I am looking for a hybrid/clone of two websites. They are a combination of travel/location review with immage upload, information and a forum board for people asking questions about or wanting to meet people traveling at the same time and location. I will need a logo designed, simple but with strong recognition potential. This site will contain PHP ,Mysql, and done in Dreamweaver, possibly .cfm. Clone/hybrid sites are [login to view URL] and www.globalsurfers.com. In addition to the content of both sites I would like to add a travel review component similar to [login to view URL] . All listings must be searchable by country, city, state, airport code, etc. as they are added to the data base. This must be a legal copy/hybrid of both sites with an added travel review component. You must have excellent English communication skills and be contactable by email/IM/phone. You will need to post URL's examples of recent work for consideration and review. All work will be considered “for hire” and all rights and copyrights retained by us. All work must be confidential and a confirmed by a non-disclosure agreement signed by the winning programmer. Payment will be paid as progress is completed through the escrow account.
