The person should have technical appetite to grasp the product understanding and explain it to clients. The primary responsibilities would include -Win new clients/Generate leads. -Should have experience in bidding projects in freelance,elance,Odesk,etc -Establish and communicate business development strategies. -Identify clients’ needs and communicate client feedback Requirements -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. -Minimum work experience of 6 months in Business Development Role. -Excellent communication skills, a people’s person. -A proactive smart self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team. (Entrepreneurial Spirit). Rewards : If you convert a project, you take 30% of the amount which you are bidding for that particular project
