Blacklist to Whitelist Software Tools

My domain has been blacklisted by mistake after sending emails to a list of contacts i have accumulated over 10 years.

If blacklisting is due to the email trap:

I need:

1] a method to detect whether or not an email is a trap email,[honey pot trap or farm?]

2] assistance removing the trap emails;

3] testing the list again for unsubscribers using double opt-out;

4] Remove the unsubscribers

AND a recommendation for web and mail hosting and bulk-email to prevent this recurrence.
