Contact Form 7 - Two Required Fields but only one must be filled (Module)

I am in need of adding a custom module to Wordpress' contactform7.
I have two required fields (email and phone) and when one of these fields are filled the other 'required field' is not longer a required field.
Please see attached file for details. This will go inside the contact form 7 modules foler.
