Design balcony and steps

I have a cottage with a balcony and steps that needs some design revisions. Rather than build something I end up not liking, I'd rather be able to see my options in advance. I would send photographs of the existing balcony and steps, and ask the freelancer to add posts and railings at different sizes or intervals. I attached the pictures and a document with instructions.
Ideally, I'd like someone who has done exterior staircase and railing design and is a deft hand with colouring and making a photoshopped photo look perfect.
