Outdoor billboard photographs in Wisconsin

I need a photographer in Wisconsin to help capture some beautiful images of our new billboard advertising campaign. We plan to use these images mainly in future fundraising emails to be sent out to our donors. Our favorite(s) may also be printed, framed, and mailed out as an end-of-year "Thank You" gift to some of our biggest supporters. We have nearly 198 billboards currently live in Wisconsin, 174 of which are in the Milwaukee metro area. Our OOH media buying agency has provided proof-of-placement images for each billboard, some of which are great, but we'd like to hire a professional to capture some additional high res images for us. In the attached photos, the mockup of a billboard against a bright blue sky which says "GO VOTE Election Day is Nov 8, 2022. You can register to vote at the polls!" is the ideal sort of layout & style we'd mainly like to see in these photos. The attached black & white photo is of a previous campaign run in Arizona, which we also like, as it displays the billboard prominently amidst the vast, busy landscape in which it was placed. Also attached, are two photos of the billboards which are currently live in Wisconsin. We like these, but would prefer there be more sky / less greenery in the image composition. Our hope is that the photographer hired can capture a handful of these billboards at an angle that displays the full ad in its entirety, without any text obstructed by elements such as wires, tree branches, etc. We will provide an interactive map of all billboard locations, which the hired photographer can select from.
