I have 15 years experience in PCB layout. I am electrical engineer. I can use ORCAD or circuitmaker for doing this job. In case you have ORCAD circuit file ready I can do it with ORCAD else if circuit entry is to be done then we can do it in circuitmaker. I can do the project in following step. 1. Circuit entry in ORCAD or Circuitmaker 2. Component placement as per your layout. 3. PCB layout and routing 4 creating Geber files for PCB manufacturing Best Regards.
