International Company is a London based financial services specifically designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses that want to trade internationally looking for a Business Analyst <br /><br />Requisitos<br /><br />• Experience in process mapping and data analysis, digging deeply into the scenarios and user cases for a proper understanding and definition of processes and workflows <br /><br />• Analytical, enthusiastic and innovative<br /><br />• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking<br /><br />• Extensive experience in gathering, managing and documenting business requirements and transforming it into functional requirements to be discussed with the technical team<br /><br />• Excellent English language skills essential; Spanish language is a plus<br /><br />• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce CRM and optionally in  Business Intelligence/DWH projects<br /><br />DESIRED:<br /><br /> • Experience working in similar positions in the financial sector; familiar with foreign exchange and lending concepts<br /><br />• CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional from IIBA) and/or BCS Certification<br /><br />• Experienced in conducting UAT and documentation of test cases<br /><br />• Certified Associate in Project Management<br /><br />• Comprehensive knowledge of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)<br /><br />• Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban or similar; and with test driven development and continuous integration<br /><br />• Product and development tools: Aha!, JIRA, Jenkins, etc.<br /><br />• Conducting requirement gathering sessions to analyse and translate into Behaviour driven development (BDD) user stories or UML use cases<br /><br />• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Funciones<br /><br />• Interaction and communication with internal users for a deep understanding of user cases and scenarios<br /><br />• Conducting requirement gathering sessions to analyse and translate into Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) user stories or UML use cases<br /><br />• Interaction and coordination with third party vendors for implementation and deployment of new workflows and tools<br /><br />• Working closely with IT development team in Malaga in new implementations <br /><br />• Managing the data analysis of the different business areas including the definition of new developments and configuration in CRM and Business intelligence tools.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Ofrecemos<br /><br />Salary: Competitive, depending on prior experience/qualifications.
