I have extensive architecture experience to build up a web-based platform to manage digital assets. The digital assets can be either physical assets such as smart devices, or tangible assets such as an Electronic Medical Record(EMR), and big data. I have designed and developed many products widely used by industries. For example, Web service registry and repository, and a reference Data management. Both products are role based secure system to web services, and manage reference data with a front web application, a REST Web service and a backend database. The workflow of governance a data state is achieved by a set of APIs or smart contracts in a distributed environment. It depends on your requirement. The notifications between smart devices and the front application can be achieved by either MQTT or other mechanism.
