Implement ItsPubPlugin in c# again

I want a c#, COM-visible DLL that implements the ItsPubPlugin interface from [url removed, login to view](v=[url removed, login to view]).aspx.

A completed project will contain:

- A zip file containing full source to a Visual Studio solution

- A dll .net binary output from the above solution that:

--- Implements the ItsPubPlugin interface above

--- Returns 2 pluginResource structures from the GetResourceList interface call - these should be sample rdp files.
