Fix the javascript loop sequence on [login to view URL]

The SVG on the phlashweb main site needs to perform one loop when the mouse is hovered over the infinity loop. At the moment the loop stops and starts as you move across it which looks glitchy. I want one complete clean loop and then any subsequent movement over the infinity loop doesn't effect the complete loop until its finished its loop. After that any subsequent move if the mouse over the loop triggers another single loop.
