Zombie Game/App Development + Future Work

Hi, i'm Joe, about 7 months ago I purchased a game code/template to make my idea for a zombie survival game. I posted on freelancer and started working with someone and after a month of him working and going back and forth he told me it was complete. Well to my surprise I couldn't access it because he supposedly made the app on android and it was meant to be mainly for IOS. He said that I could easily convert it but he had no clue how to do so. After trying multiple things I kept having errors and problems and he eventually just stopped messaging me and responding. The project was never finished but from what I understand it's either completely built or partially built. Over the last few months I shifted my focus and I am starting my own company/clothing brand which is due to have its grand opening in April. I had recently found the old files and I still wanted this game finished. I'm looking to work with somebody who is willing to help me make the game that I've always wanted to make. If we can actually get this done and put on the App Store for IOS and potentially android I would love to work with you very often in the future to make new updates and add new features to this game and work on many more apps in the future. I don't exactly know how much there is to do on this game but I am on a budget. Price is always negotiable but at the moment I'm willing to spend $0-$222 to get this game is finished. I am finding the files he originally sent over to me and all of the assets I have downloaded for the game and the original code as well. Please contact me back if anybody is interested and wants to hear more about my game and we can get started. Ill put a quick rundown of what I want from the game/what may already be in it. UNDEAD OUTBREAK: ZOMBIE DEFENSE Basically what I want from the initial launch of the game is to have a single player mode with levels or stages where you have to survive the zombie hordes and they progressively get harder and harder with new types of zombie enemies introduced the higher level you go. Along with upgrades like making your base stronger and having the ability to buy a 2nd or 3rd soldier and upgrading them which I think is implemented already in the game it would just need to be reskinned to my sprites. I also want an endless mode where you start on wave 1 and keep going up and the higher you get the harder it is and the more health the zombies have and also the amount of zombies per round gets higher. I personally enjoy games that are like a “how high of a score” can you get. It make it competitive with friends. Thats more of a brief summary of what i want and as we go further and possibly work together i will have it all written out! *Possibly add a multiplayer* in the future Like I mentioned this game is supposedly finished or mostly done. I have many assets for the whole game etc. Thanks
