Write an iPhone application

Hi, I'd like re-design/re-develop an existing mobile application. Current application is on below link: [login to view URL] We want some architectural, design and usability improvements and hence decided to write it from scratch. Current application has two menus. The main menu and the bottom menu. Main menu has 6 categories: 1) Pratik Bilgiler: A content list with 6 main categories and several sub categories. Category and sub categories will be fetched from a remote JSON file. Contents are HTML and will be retrieved via a standard REST API call. 2) Sirküler: 3 types of content with title search and time selection options. Time is 1 year, 1 month and 1 week. User can select to see content for a year, month or week. For search and content list retrieval, there'll be a standard REST API. When the user clicks on an item HTML content will be fetched via another REST API. 3) Mali takvim. Tax calendar with month selector on top. Lists the tax related events for the selected month. Current month is displayed by default. Adds the event onto iPhone/ipad calendar when clicked. 4) Eğitimler: shows the training categories. Each category contains a list of trainings. List will be retrieved via a remote JSON file. when clicked on a training, a remote pdf file will be fetched and presented to user. 5) Vergide Gündem dergisi: a list of journals. List will be fetched from a remote JSON file. When clicked on a journal on the list, a remote pdf file will be fetched and presented to user. 6) Makaleler: Similar to Circulars. Two categories: "vergide gundem" and "economist" papers. Each category shows a list of papers. There's a title search and time selector on top. For search and content list retrieval, there'll be a standard REST API. When the user clicks on an item HTML content will be fetched via another REST API. On each page with HTML content, there'll be LinkedIn share, FB share and Tweet buttons at the top. The bottom menu contains 4 buttons: 1) Hakkimizda: This is the about us page. It contains two tabs, "Hizmetlerimiz" and "Liderlerimiz". a) Hizmetlerimiz: This page shows a list of services. List is retrieved via a remote JSON file. When clicked on an item on the list, a remote PDF file will be opened. b) Liderlerimiz: This page shows a list of our team members/leaders. List is retrieved via a remote JSON file. When clicked on one of the leaders, a details popup/page will be opened with HTML content. Content will be retrieved via a REST API. 2) Yayinlar: List of publications. List is retrieved via a remote JSON file. When user clicks on an item on the list, a remote pdf file will be fetched and presented to the user. 3) Arama: This is the search function. Will use the search REST service with the keyword. Results will be presented and when a search result is clicked, results will be presented on a web view. 4) İletişim: office address with google maps Application has a splash screen and a pop-up notification at the startup. Popup will fetch the latest tweets from the vergidegundem user. I want native IOS development and application shall perfectly scale/adapt to different phone/tablet size. Especially for iPad, menus will be different on presentation. Please see the existing application for this. I want the following steps/phases for development: Step 1) Create the application with full navigation as explained above. Using "lorem ipsum" content. Step 2) Design improvements, color/icon improvements, usability improvements. Step 3) Integrate with REST APIs. I'll provide all of the required REST APIs. Your offer shall cover all of the above steps. And you should be available to work for future phases. For your proposal, please review the existing applications.
