Write an Cordova application

Hello, I am In need of a flexible mobile developer to create a client of ours a series of 4 apps all connected to each other. Our budget is pretty tight [Max 300$] but the project is rather simple if proper time is spend on it. We are not looking for someone who is merely playing the act of a developer. We are looking for someone who will actually work and deliver us these apps within 7 days. you need to be able to design(my instructions) and do backend work The app is basically a lot of database work and implementing some cool tech such as QR/Geolocation we are trying to create a system where people locally can collaborate. People with little time can hire others to do tasks for them. This though is a completely local system no online payment. we will have "escrow" who will need a escrow app to go and escrow payments before a job can be posted. Workers who will need a worker app to notify them of a job and it's details and customers who will need a customers app to allow them to post jobs. Also finally a cashier app for a cashier to pay workers locally, pay and remove balance, create invoice. QR will be used as a sort of checkout between apps such as: Escrow payed, Job Completion, Mark as paid.. etc Geolocation is to notify the closest workers. if you read thru this write code 88 and explain to me why I should hire you and how you will complete this project.
