Restaurant and Event Finder App

I'm looking for a mobile app developer to create an app that helps people find out about events taking place in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The idea is to create a simple android app and upload it to the google play store. We are calling the app "Sight" because users get to see and experience new things about Port Elizabeth through the [login to view URL] is a breakdown of what we looking for: Users need to either create an account or login with their Facebook or Google account. User's have a simple personal profile that allows them upload a profile picture and list two favorite activities. There should be a line up of events for the city and users can scroll through up and down. Users can view the location of events and restaurants. There needs to be a google map feature. There should be a search feature. It should be one of the tabs. They can like, comment and share content to other social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. For now, we plan to allow users post content in the future but for now the idea is that we supply all the content. We want to be able to update content on the app about restaurants and events we want to post. We want to be able to post photo and 30 seconds video content to app for upcoming shows and daily advertising. We want to be able to push notifications to users over the app.
