I need somebody to develop a mobile phone (Android and iPhone) app involving automatic connection and disconnection with 3G and 4G networks, and implementing some kind of income generation component as well (e.g. 99 cent app cost, or ads). I don't have much money to put up front, but will be willing to give the developer a percentage of the income the app generates (which could be quite substantial).
