Essentially we are looking at 12 cities (11 cities and a composite amount). Stats are quarterly and at present, we have 150 quarters that take us back to 1981. Ideally, this would include a way for the client to easily add more data as they receive it each quarter - please quote separately. The calculator sheet has 3 entries to run (location, year/quarter, and 2nd year/quarter) - which would result in a calculation of escalation ie. based on the data shown in the following pdf (see link below) – someone could plug in [toronto] + [2017 Q1] + [2019 Q1] = +7.5% This page may help.
