I am working on same requirement. I can show you current work by video. i covered functionality in app logn, registration, show kiosk(charger station), show list of available charger, give option to select number of charger, and than scan QRCore Code. That QRCode uniq for every station. after scan show payment screen. we use paypal for payment we can also user another payment method like stripe etc. I hope My work is help full you.
