Launch a Devapp Tools and Apps Business with Developers of Apps and Tools as Partners

I want to launch a US Corporation that will churn out Apps and Software Products, one every few weeks and ultimately becomes one of the Major Software companies and can compete with CA/Microsoft/Oracle/IBM etc. I am looking for partners/co-founders/ who can contribute their work to this project and make it a success. My role will be to bring every contributor to the project together and invest the required money to bootstrap, launch the business and take it to the next level.
