Inventory management app for İphone/andorid with cloud -- 2

I’m looking to get an iPhone and android app built to manage inventory. I’d like it to be cloud so I can see and update the inventory on a windows computer as well as on the app it self with a search function. I’d like it to be very similar to Orca scan app with scanning function that will increase my inventory on each scan but would also like to have a scan button to decrease the inventory. I like the design and the way orca scan works so it can work the same way like it. The only difference would be to put a decrease inventory scan button.
The app should be able work with portable Bluetooth scanners to scan barcode, not just the phones camera.
Also should be able to use it in an android zebra tc75.
Should have import and export inventory functions to excel and html
And should be able to email me those files.
I only need the barcode field, item name field and the quantity field which I should be able to set default value for item name.
I should be the only owner for the app but I’d like it to be able to handle over 10.000 barcodes and multiple user/device access.
I do have my own website if it needs to run on a server.
Basically something that’s exactly same as orca scan (design can be different)
