Implement Stripe without a server, using either AWS or Firebase on an iOS Swift application

I have an iOS application written in Swift, It is supposed to be a way for friends to send money to each other. The way it works is the following: Example: 2 users User A, User B User A needs to pay $20 to User B Case 1: A has $20 or more on his account -> transaction happens by just changing values in firebase database Case 2: A has $6 on his account -> credit card is charged $14. for both of this cases, all of the logic is done already. except the part to charge the credit card. if the user doesn't have enough funds, a "fill in credit card screen" is shown (as shown by the stripe API). I would need you to actually make that payment happen, not using a server, instead using Firebase or AWS.
