F25 Camera fault

I have a F25 IP radio that runs android 5.1. These have a dedicated camera button which upon pressing it should initiate background video recording using the front camera. As the radio is mounted on vest it is effectively a bodycam. Unlike the older Android 4 models this one is taking a series of continuous stills instead of recording video. I need somebody to remotely access and edit the camera instruction.
