Android and iPhone App

Need a simple app, in both Android and iPhone. The app is for non-profit organization to score (give points) to it's members and keep track of it's donations. The app to have two parts: 1st part - Two to three admins designated by by main admin to score it's admins and members by giving them 1 to 3 points each person. The organization has: - Board of Directors (7 people), - Overseeing Board (5 members) - Advisory board (21 members) - General Assembly (unlimited) - Businesss Designated people (up to 3 people) can add people to the sections above (name, title, phone number and address - only "Board of Directors" and "Overseeing Board" can see phone numbers and address of everyone). Also, only the 2 to 3 designated by admin can score people from the list above as follows: - Give 1 to 3 points - Comment on why the score - app to indicate date of score and person who put the score, and show total score for each person 2nd Part - Donations: The organization gets donations from: - Board of Directors (7 people), - Overseeing Board (5 members) - Advisory board (21 members) - General Assembly (unlimited) Admin to designate Donation Collector, who will input donation amounts for each person from the sections above. This person will input the following for each person: - Pledge Amount (member said will pay) - Amount paid (from the Pledge Amount above) and show date, and comment for each paid amount - Show Total Paid amount - Show Remaining Balance: Pledged - total paid amount Also show total of all pledged amounts, total paid and total remaining balance. Also, on top to designated people giving points, automatically give points to member every time they pay a certain amount. Admin to set a point for each amount for each section. For example, admin to set for Board of Directors, 1 point for every $300 paid, Overseeing Board 1 point for every $200 paid, etc., to be set in admin panel.
