Video App fir ipad/iphone

Hello, I need an iphone/ipad app to play videos. Simple app that when you enter displays categories which you can choose for also suggested sections like new videos, popular videos etc. (number of categories should be flexible and must be changeable by me from admin panel as well as adding new videos section or number of new videos etc all should be possible to adjust by the app owner. Also search should be available to search for videos with user entered words. App than plays the video with flowplayer or similar player. All videos will be added by myself so a good management interface is needed to manage this back office part to add, change delete videos etc. Videos will be mp4 but suggest if other format is better. When user select a video, he/she should be able to state like or dislike the video what rating given to video. Also part to write comments for users. If possible connected by facebook and twitter etc to write comments and share etc. each video should have number of sections to display information regarding the video entered by app owner, these parts should be customized by app owner. app should be fast and high performer to handle high number of concurrent connection, should work on all versions of iphone/ipad app should have VIP/members section. so some videos can be viewed by all while others by only monthly paying subscribers etc. (you can suggest alternative solutions for this) please dont reply with an auto email saying that you are master of iphone apps instead please come back to be with examples and references otherwise your offer will not be considered. I want the full job, app to be completed made available on app store. app front visible language will not be english so since you will not know that language I should be able to edit the language, but back office and management parts of software can be english. I want app to look good, sharp and to have user enjoy the screen and not too look like an app made my a kid so expertise and art support is essential.
