Service Technician App

I am looking for a developer to create an app similar to Field Service Management that will interact with our Quickbooks Company File. App will need to be private and distributed for free through our company. Needs to be Server/Client where Server can send dispatch request to technicians, technicians will get push notification of service call, customer info, location, degree of emergency, etc. Technician will need to accept service call, clearing it from the open board on the server side and notifying the dispatcher. After technician completes work, he will need to add his time, any parts & materials, and other items to the open work order. (Everything needs to be unpriced on the client side but priced on the server side). Technician (client) need to be able to add text to the order in two different areas (one area will only be seen by the server side, the other will be seen by the customer). Customer needs to sign and rate the completed service call and technician sends it back to the dispatcher. Once approved by the dispatcher, the time, items & material, and notes, need to be added to an invoice and timecard in Quickbooks.
