Mobile Application - repost

I would like an app created which can be used on ALL Apple, Android, Windows AND Blackberry devices. It will be display details about the company, vacancies we are working on (we are a recruitment company) along with full details. I want to to be able to do Push messaging and for me to be able to change the vacancies easily. Also, for the individual to be able to either, contact us through the app which will then be emailed to me and if possible, be able to add a document which will also be emailed through to me at the same time. ADDITIONAL DETAILS I do not have a design BUT the links below are for major job sites. The one I want will not be anywhere near as complex as this. I would want them to be able to search on location and sector. So if I have Web Design, Programming, Apps as sectors and India, China, UK as locations, they can search Web Design and UK or any other options [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I do not have available web services to fetch and store data I would need a area were I can make changes to text easily - Maybe a web admin portal It will be a free app I want to to store data locally so it can be used offline PLEASE ADJUST / BID ACCORDINGLY
