Very small POCto implement emailing functionality from a stored proc in Azure SQL DB. My understanding is that you can create a file in blob account using BCP from SQL DB. This can then trigger logic app to generate email.

Azure SQL Server & PostgreSQL have strong security restrictions. For example, SQL Server T-SQL and SQLCLR triggers and procedures has no access to the external world.

I have done similar to this before in which same likely we are taking the data into an azure blob in .csv format and then we are sending this via email using the logic app so I think I am much more suitable for this
