Dicom Server such as DCM4CHEE or Orthanc and connect to Synology

I need to install Dicom server (PACS apps) such as DCM4CHE or Orthanc that works properly. It needs to be connected to Synology NAS. So all Dicom data will be at Synology. Moreover, We need to get explanation how to use Dcm4che or Orthanc so we can export and import dicom data from Radiology Instrument such as CR, CT Scan or other instruments. The data should contain name of patient, etc.
