Programming Behovioral Experiment via Psychtoolbox or PsychoPy

I am looking for a freelancer to code me a template so that I can practice on it and customize later (The code you will prepare is not going to be used for real experiments). Before each trial, I need the fixation cross appears and the timer counts down from 5 to 0, then the loop should start. The code should include 4 images, presented in parallel on the screen, however in randomized order for each trial. The images should appear on the screen for 3 seconds before the participant report the answer and after 3 seconds they need to hear a beep sound which indicates that they need to report the answer. I need to have four loops, in every loop solely one image is the correct answer and the participant needs to report the correct answer via a mouse click. If the participant chooses the correct answer, he needs to get positive feedback which is also another image. Besides, if the participant reports the wrong answer he needs to get another image that represents the wrong answer. I need to have 5 seconds inter-trial time(only black screen appears during this period). Total trial time should be 1 minute if the participant fails the response he should get a warning and the loop needs to continue with a new trial. I need to collect and save reaction time that we get from a mouse click and correct answers(accuracy) for each loop. I would prefer to use MATLAB - Psychtoolbox, however, Python - PsychoPy would be also okay.
